Join watercolor artist and instructor Jennica Thurgood for a 4-week watercolor course designed to welcome both beginners and experienced artists. In this class, you’ll learn some of Jennica’s most-used watercolor techniques along with guided exercises that create a strong, approachable foundation for painting with confidence. This nature-inspired course emphasizes process over product, encouraging gentle practice and curiosity rather than perfection. Jennica draws much of her inspiration from nature, finding beauty in how organically watercolor captures the natural world. Throughout the four weeks, subjects will be inspired by nature and the season we are currently experiencing. Each week, Jennica leads students through essential watercolor techniques using simple, nature-based subjects. With supportive instruction and manageable assignments, students are invited to slow down, explore, and truly enjoy the creative journey.
