PRODUCTION TIME
Being a small business, we do our best to offer a quick turn around. We use a local print shop and prints are made to order. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for prints to be completed, packaged, and sent on their way. Thank you for your patience and for shopping small! Your orders make all the difference to our family♥
SHIPPING POLICY
5x7” - 11x14”: Prints are in cello sleeves, with a pressed backer board and shipped in enforced flat mailers.

16x20” - 18x24”: Prints are rolled, wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and shipped in a mailing tube.
​
Canvas: Prints will come wrapped in plastic, secured in place, and shipped in a box.

Originals: Depending on the size and canvas type they will either be mailed in an enforce flat mailer, wrapped in cello sleeve & acid free tissue paper attached to a backer board. OR Package, wrapped and sealed in a box. Originals are handled with the utmost love and care to ensure they travel to you safe.

Hanging Wood Frames: Packaged separately from prints and originals so not to damage the paintings.

*We also label each package as fragile.*

If you are interested in a print or original painting, and shipping is not currently offered to your country/providence - please send us an email (creative.leaf.art@gmail.com) and we can send you an invoice with a shipping estimate. Please include the print(s) you would like and the sizes.
RETURN POLICY
As a small business and family, we cannot process any cancellations or returns. In the unlikely event of your print or painting being damaged in the mail, please send an email with a photo attached. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out. We appreciate your support and will do what we can.
